Hi, My name is Cholwa , and I am a man with a vision, well two actually. One is an end result and the other is of how to get there (or at least a significant contribution to such) The result vision is of a sustainable Global Civilization that is grounded in a widespread embodied realization of our interconnectedness and that much more fully reflects the basic goodness of people than the one that is manifest now. It is a world where far more people are living from their Awakened HeartMind and the systems that shape human interaction with each other and the environment reflect and support this. I call the vision of how to get there the Alchemical Global Empowerment Matrix- Alchemical GEM for short or A GEM for even shorter. To be honest I have no idea how likely it is that the envisioned end result will be achieved but I am confident that by pursuing this vision I can both increase the probability of said result as well as create massive benefit regardless of the direction the Global Civilization goes. It sure beats designing terminator genes or terminator robots and seems like a healthy outlet for my megalomaniacal tendencies 🙂

Alchemical GEM is really just a convenient umbrella term for all the various projects and objectives already envisioned and yet to be envisioned that are integrally related to each other and based in what I call the Global Alchemy Approach: Some of these include

• Alchemical Hero Academy – The mission of the Alchemical Hero Academy is to help people unleash and expand their capacity to be inexhaustible benefit for the world while continuously expanding their unreasonable happiness by providing comprehensive, systematic and developmental training to live as Global Alchemists – those who apply the art and science of becoming the change they want to see in the world and expressing that change through heart centered visionary engagement with the world in order to maximize the probability of the most favorable near and far future outcomes for humanity and the global civilization.

  • geared more to practice over study of theory thinking
  • Has a nontheistic base. No belief in a creator type divinity is required. Though, to be clear, it doesn’t in any way exclude those with such beliefs either.
  • Designed to take advantage of the insights of neuroscience without indulging in reductionist thinking and make use of any  applicable technology without making them critical the system (ie. VisionaryHeart Alchemy can be learned and practiced with or without the external technology but can make use of any available applicable technology
  • mostly transcultural
    • This means that it make very minimal (required) use of symbols or language that is specific to any given culture (social, regional, religious, etc.), I say mostly for two reasons. First, is that it has been found this it is impossible to eliminate all such reference without hindering potency. Second, it is a recognition of pervasive yet invisible influence of cultural bias. In modern esoteric circles the claim is often made of having removed all cultural biases when what they have really done is removed (perhaps) all cultural bias but their own, often a culture of postmodernism. Even the assumption that it is universally better to remove cultural bias is a cultural bias. None the less, cultural referenced has been kept to a very minimal level and in a way that in no way binds you to the systems that are referenced.
  • Is designed to be an Alchemical Integral Meta operating System (AIMOS) specifically to accommodate pluralistic Esoteric pursuits (I am afraid it may be awhile before I elaborate on this aspect much except in one -on-one coaching situations)
• Global Alchemical Integral Association (G.A.I.A) – A guild based global sustainability think tank and implementation organization that operates from operates from a global alchemy perspective.
• The Institute of Nu Alchemical Science and Technology – An organization devoted to the study and application of Science and Material technology to Global, Systemic and Personal Alchemy. Some of the area of particular focus include but are not limited to the following:
  • NeuroAlchemy
    • Biofeedback and especially Neurofeedback and Heart Coherence feedback
    • Brainwave entrainment and elicitation via light, sound, magnetic and electrical stimulation
